We are on the hunt for an outstanding Technical Support Expert – a superman (or superwoman) who can solve tech issues, both in-house and those of clients.

  • Be the technical bridge between the operations team and R&D
  • Initiate data analysis process: generate reports from raw data, analyze it and provide conclusions to the operations team managers, both manually and automatically
  • Provide support for technical issues, assessing problems and giving quick solutions when needed
  • Oversee the integration process with all our partners: app developers, traffic sources and tracking companies
  • Be in contact with our partners and provide technical help when needed
  • Be on top of fraud detection and prevention: analyze and make fraud detection decisions on the spot using internal and external data sources

ASO MANAGER

The ASO Manager’s objective will be to lead the company’s ASO strategy to support organic downloads by being an ASO expert on Key app stores.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop an App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy to ensure key Apps will appear at the top of search results.
